Passionate Hospitality
Since 2018, Claudia Höpperger has been managing Rietzerhof. Without any prior experience in the hospitality industry, she took over responsibility for the family business and embraced an entirely new challenge. Today, she looks back on that decision with great gratitude.
She has grown with the role and discovered her passion for hosting guests. The personal conversations, meaningful encounters, and unique stories that guests bring with them make every day special.
For Claudia, hospitality is more than a service. She takes time for her guests, offers support whenever needed, and values both loyal returning guests and travellers who stay for just one night.

A House with History
The roots of Rietzerhof date back to 1920. Over generations, the house has developed into a popular meeting place and accommodation in the Tyrolean Inn Valley.
Since the Höpperger family took over the property in 2015, the hotel has been continuously developed and modernised. Throughout these changes, the qualities that have always defined Rietzerhof have remained unchanged: its family atmosphere, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality.
Today, Rietzerhof combines traditional Tyrolean charm with modern comfort and contemporary amenities for travellers.

Behind Rietzerhof stands a dedicated team of six employees working in service, breakfast operations, and housekeeping.
What makes the team special? Different personalities working together perfectly. Everyone knows their responsibilities, supports one another, and contributes to creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Looking Towards the Future
At Rietzerhof, standing still is not an option. In recent years, numerous improvements have been implemented, including an expanded breakfast experience with a brunch character, modern EV charging stations, contactless check-in via key safe, and ongoing renovation projects.
We will continue to invest in the comfort of our guests. Modernising our rooms, implementing sustainable initiatives such as our energy community, and continuously improving quality remain key priorities.
