You will receive all the necessary information in advance to access your locker, where you will find your keys.

No deposit is required for your booking.

The visitor's tax is € 2.00 per person per day.

Children up to 6 years stay for free in their parents' room, reduced rates apply for older children.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation within fourteen to seven days before arrival, we will charge you 50% of the booked arrangement and within seven days the cancellation fee is 100% of the arrangement price.

Our rich gourmet breakfast buffet awaits you in the hotel restaurant from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 10:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 11:00.

The Hotel Rietzer Hof offers free W-LAN in all rooms & suites as well as in all other hotel areas. You will find the W-LAN code in the hotel folder in your room.

Your house-trained and well-behaved dog is allowed on request. Please let us know in the course of your booking if you are bringing your four-legged friend with you on holiday. We ask for your understanding that we charge a cleaning fee of €10.00 per night for your dog.

For the sake of the environment, we only replace your towels when they are on the floor.

There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel and another one is approx. 5 minutes' walk away in the direction of the town centre.

In Rietz you will find a Spar market at ‘Platzl 11’ and a miniM (supermarket) at ‘Dorf 7’. The Inntalcenter and the Telfs Park in Telfs offer shops from A-Z. Further shopping facilities can be found in our provincial capital Innsbruck.

Above all, please keep calm and refer to the escape route plan in your room for all important information.

We will be happy to issue you with a voucher for a meal in the restaurant or for a hotel stay. For more information, please contact our reception.

For our hotel guests there is a car park directly behind the hotel, which you can use free of charge. It is not necessary to reserve a parking space. We also offer covered parking spaces for motorbikes and bicycles on request.

All rooms are non-smoking rooms! We ask you to smoke on your balcony, where an ashtray is available for you. Our staff are instructed to ensure compliance and to remind you if necessary. Smoking in the room will be charged with a cleaning surcharge of 50,00€.
